Adafruit SSD1306 128x64 OLED Display Module (5V)
Manufacturer
OVERVIEWER
This is a 1" diameter with a high-contrast ratio of OLED (Organic Light-Emitting Device) display module. An OLED display can work without a backlight because the OLED generates light themselves. SSD1306 controller is used on this OLED display module. SSD1306 is a single-chip CMOS OLED/PLED driver with contrast control, display RAM, and 256-step brightness control. This display module can work with either an SPI or I2C interface, selectable by soldering two jumpers on the board's back. It is a 5-V ready design, which means that the board has an onboard regulator and built-in boost converter. Therefore, it can directly connect to a 3V or 5V microcontroller without needing any signal level shifter.
